Sunshine

This site was purchased with Council approved plans for a single dwelling. Our experienced team designed two double storey townhouses on a meagre 214m² lot. Each townhouse comprised of two bedrooms, a study and open plan kitchen/living overlooking a low maintenance courtyard. This development comprised of all four stages of our process, from concept and re-design through to the completion of subdivision.
