Custom townhouses built for individual owner occupiers on a front sloping block. The symmetrical double storey façade is inspired by the classic Californian bungalow with its recycled bricks, shingle cladding, weatherboards and exposed rafters. The floor plans were generous in space with each unit including 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, ensuite, powder room, large open plan living area and first floor retreat. The interior design was tailor to each owner but materials and finishes were all of the highest quality. Features include hardwood timber floors, 2 pac cabinetry, premium stone, floor to ceiling tiling, mosaic feature tiling, hardwood staircase with central steel stinger and glass balustrade/hardwood traditional staircase with cast iron balustrade, wall panelling and bulkheads to define spaces and conceal window coverings. Our team completed the building permit approvals and construction for this development.
